Where it all started…

I was born in Paris in 1991. I’m a mix of French, Spanish, Moroccan, Israeli and Polish - a mini United Nations you could say.

I lived in the magical city of Paris until my 20’s, studying Marketing and Communication, when I moved to Italy. Initially for 6 months, the food and the people convinced me to stay 7 more years. I’ve always known I like to eat, but I discovered the love for cooking there. When my mind started to flirt with new adventures ideas and brought me to Perth, in Australia. I was seeking a new lifestyle, a complete new culture and landscapes I had never seen before. Well, I got it all :)

I love traveling but even more living in different countries. Only then you can truly understand the nature and origins of that new culture. My travels made me grow in a way I would have never expected: recreating a family every time I move, learning a new language, adapting to new traditions…

Design is what I was meant to do.

I discovered User Experience Design after working 2 years as a Digital Account in an advertising company. And after spending few months getting ready to do the big change, I jumped into what will become my biggest passion.

Design is what I was meant to do: the perfect combination between psychology, aesthetic, business and collaboration. Learning and understanding people, finding solutions for and with them.

As a Designer I have the chance to improve’s people life everyday, in so many different ways: how they relate to banking system, how they will find healthcare providers or how they will be informed on the government’s actions…

The impact we have as designers in people’s life is what drives me everyday.

How design has evolved through the years, and how it focuses more and more on Human centred design, goes perfectly along with my vision and the way I practice design.

I have been initiated to Service Design and Design Thinking while working at Digital Entity (NTT Data design studio) in Milan. Since then research, co-design, usability tests and so on have been part of my daily life.

It’s now an immense satisfaction being able to bring that knowledge to build design and experience teams in companies and help shape the business structure to reach our objectives with a Design Mindset. Design Strategy, Research Ops and Design Ops are as challenging as exciting to put in place, to inform and support business strategies.
